How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Cancellations or changing orders are easy. Contact Us to initiate a change or cancellation. You will receive a call explaining the process with 24 hours.

How Do I Track My Order?

After you have made the payment on CoconutBasket for the order We will send you an email from CoconutBakset containing the details of your order and an order number. We will send you the courier or postal tracking details, once order is dispatched and can be used to track the status of your order at any stage.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact us to initiate returns, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible Delivery Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Delivery, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller. You have to return the order before the 7th day. We cannot accept returns after 7 th day.
